PRIVACY POLICY ACCORDING TO ARTICLES 13-14 OF THE EU REGULATION “ PRIVACY” ( GDPR)

This privacy policy is based on articles 13-14 of the EU Regulation ( General Data Protection Regulation)
According to article 13 ss, (Eu Regulation GDPR) we inform you that all the data collected during
registration will be used only for the purpose of providing the services requested ( for example: asking for
information, logging in to the website to get promotions, quotations or to make payments,buy goods,
having goods delivered at a specified address,make a booking and exchange documents).

Data will be processed at CMA  Moretta Srl – C.F.03355100128 located in Busto Arsizio ( Va) via Q. Sella n° 44/ter using computerized procedures in the ways and within the limits necessary to fulfill the above said purpose.  Employees or partners of the owner entrusted with the processing task may be allowed to know personal data .

Providing personal data is not mandatory but failure to provide them will not allow us to keep you updated with the new initiatives of the Owner of the processing.

Personal data will be stored for 12 months . Moreover, if the User has given his consent, personal data might be processed in order to send commercial communications regarding services provided by the Owner , through email or sms.

In the former case the legal basis of processing is the execution of an agreement, in the latter it is the User’s consent

Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT tools and will be accessible to third parties  (external parties in charge of processing) within the EU or in countries outside the EU with a regular contract and providing the necessary guarantees to satisfy the needs of the User. An updated list of these parties may be requested at any time and it includes i.e. : mail carriers , IT companies , technical service providers.

Moreover data may be processed for statistic purposes or direct marketing anonymously ,

as specified in the cookie policy. These kinds of processing are necessary to ensure the best possible services. Data will be stored for the period of the services requested or for longer periods only if regulations allow it. At any time the User will be able to exercise his rights according to the articles 15-22 of the GDPR contacting the Owner of this site.

To modify or delete the data stored in the systems of this site , click here. The information provided in the form ( including email address) may be accessible to an external third party entrusted by the owner with managing the site and dealing with the User’s requests.

In case of cancellation of data, the requested services may no longer be carried out.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, data processing is however legal before the date of withdrawl as well as laying a complaint to the Authority.

Personal data are not subjected to an automatic decisional process. The User has all the rights according to art. 15ss of the EU Regulation,n°2016/679 and in particular the User has the right to ask the Owner to access personal data, to modify or to delete them as well as to  limit the processing or portability of these data. Moreover the User can deny his consent to the processing of data contacting Mr.Mario Primi.

Sending a contact request implies consent to the processing of data as described above.
